How to Order

If you are a customer:
Yogi Impressions’ titles are available at leading bookstores all across India. If you are unable to find them at a bookstore in your city, then you should contact the office of our distributors either in your city, or in the one that is nearest to where you live.

If you are a bookstore:
If you would like to order our books for your store, then you should contact our distributors directly.

Besides visiting a bookstore for our titles, you may, if you wish, visit our office between 11 am and 1 pm, and between 2 pm to 6 pm, Monday through Friday, to purchase our products. If you are looking for a specific title, it is best that you check its availability before coming over. You may call us on 022-61541541/00.

If placing a direct order with us:
When placing a direct order with us online or through the post, it will help you to study the ‘Order Information’ given below. This explains the payment options available to you, delivery schedules, and guidelines for orders placed within India as well as for orders placed if you are overseas.

Order Information:

Orders will be fulfilled only after payments have been cleared. Orders are delivered via:

Within India: We are currently offering FREE DELIVERY

1. Air Courier: Courier charges are Rs. 45/- + Rs. 10/- for every extra item. The charges will be displayed in your shopping cart.
2. VPP: Rs. 41/- needs to be paid to the postman. Please note, the order limit for this is Rs. 500/- inclusive of delivery (V.P.P.) charges. We cannot send Audio/DVD products through VPP. The VPP charges will be displayed in your shopping cart.
3. Registered Post: This cost depends on the weight of your order. We cannot send Audio/DVD products through Registered Post. The Registered Post charges will be displayed in your shopping cart. This option is recommended for bulk orders.

Out of India:

1. Air Courier: Depending on your order and location, the charges will be displayed in your shopping cart.
2. Registered Post: Depending on your order and location, the charges will be displayed in your shopping cart. We cannot send Audio/DVD products through Registered Post. Registered Post orders take longer to deliver than Courier. Please allow 15-30 days for delivery.

International Customers: Please note that you might be subject to import duties and we have no control over these charges. You may contact your local customs office for further information.

Payment Modes:

Credit Card, Pay Pal, Cheque, Demand Draft, Money Order, Net Banking, Bank Transfer, Telegraphic Transfer.

VAT:

There is an additional 4% (VAT) on the value of all Audio/DVD products, for orders within India. For your convenience, VAT is included in the price of the Audio/DVD products.

Notes

1. Cheque/DD (within India):
   Outstation Cheques take a long time to clear. If you stay outside Mumbai, it is preferable that you choose the Demand Draft option for faster processing and delivery, as books are dispatched only once your cheque clears. Please make your Cheque/DD in favour of 'Yogi Impressions Books Pvt. Ltd.' For outstation cheques, please add Rs. 30/-
2. Money Order (within India): Money Orders should be sent to Yogi Impressions Books Pvt. Ltd., 1711, Centre 1, World Trade Centre, Cuffe Parade, Mumbai 400 005, India.

4. Credit Card/Net Banking: All products of Yogi Impressions can be purchased online via Credit Card through CCAvenue - our Verisign secure payment gateway. The transactions you perform on our site will appear on your credit card statement as CCAVENUE.COM or AVENUES INDIA PVT. LTD. If you stay outside India, the Credit Card option is the best option for you.

   Please send an additional amount of USD 9 over and above your order amount, towards bank charges which are incurred by Yogi Impressions for receiving and processing payments through international telegraphic transfer.
6. Audio Downloads: You are allowed to click only once to download the file. Click on Save to save the file.
   If you click on Open you will not be allowed to save the file thereafter. We therefore recommend that you click on Save. You are allowed to save only once. If you click on the download link provided a second time, you will not be able to download again. You will get a message that says: "You have already downloaded product from this link."
7. Important: Prices on our website and in our catalogue are subject to change without notice. Upon realization of your Cheque/DD/MO or clearance of your Credit Card payment, your order will be mailed within 7-10 working days to your address.
8. Corporate/Bulk Orders: Yogi Impressions offers special incentives to Corporate/Bulk buyers. Send us your requirements, stating the products you wish to order and their respective quantities, and we will revert to you regarding the same. You may send your order inquiry to yogi@yogiimpressions.com.
